Where does Simon Rogan at home deliver to?

We deliver to all areas within Hong Kong Island with an additional delivery fee

When will my delivery arrive?

From Monday to Sunday, from 4-7pm.

When can I collect my order?

Orders are available for Collection from Roganic Hong Kong, Tuesday to Sunday from 3pm-6pm.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is two meals.

Is there a delivery charge?

We charge $100 for delivery within Hong Kong Island.

Is the packaging eco-friendly?

Throughout our company, we are very passionate about being as environmentally friendly as possible so yes - we have made sure that all of our packaging is either recyclable, biodegradable or made from recycled materials.

What steps are being taken to ensure COVID-19 government guidelines are being met with regards to preparation of the food as well as delivery and collection of the orders?

We are doing everything we can to follow the government guidelines on social distancing to enable us to work in a safe and secure way. This will ensure that we can maintain the highest standards possible for the safety of our guests and staff.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

Head to your personal account where all of your orders are stored.

What do I do if I have have not received a confirmation order?

Firstly, check the email address you have given us is correct and secondly, sometimes emails can find their way into the wrong folder so check your junk items. Failing that, do not hesitate to email reservations@roganic.com.hk

I have tried to place an order but the following message has appeared: ‘There was an issue processing your payment information. Please update the card you entered to continue.‘ - What do I do?

We advise that you contact your bank as there maybe a block on your cards for online purchases such as these. Please be advised that if the amount shows as pending in your bank account, this will only be temporary.
